Welcome to day two of our CHA Winter DT Blog Hop to preview our Spring/Summer stamps. Come by every day this week and check out all the wonderful design team projects.
For my project today I used the Dotty Bird 2, House Die, Door and Window, Fence, Border Duo 1, Bare Branch
I have another birdhouse project to share with you today. I love the Dotty Bird image and thought it would be so perfect done in pink, white and pale green. I especially love the eyelet border punched across the roof line. I have made several birdhouse projects using these dies but I just can’t seem to help myself from repeating the scene.
I started by cutting out all the pieces and creating the scene. I love adding mounting tape to the elements of the scene to create dimension and interest. The bird was stamped and cut out to pop up on the fence.
I thought the bare branch and tiny flowers were a perfect perch for the sweet bird as well as an adornment to the roof line. Click on the photos for a little closer view.
Be sure and hop along to all the design team blog and leave comments to qualify for the daily prize. Go to the Impression Obsession blog to get all the blog hop prize details.
