Do you like to use frames on your card front? I do. The Ways to Use It Challenge on Splitcoaststampers was to use some form of a frame on your project. I created an all white card with framed evergreen trees.
This was a fast and easy project. The most time consuming thing was to make sure I could get my two Nestabilities die cuts to line up correctly to create my frame. I love the pop of green bursting out from all the white. I think the embossed background adds a little texture to the card without distracting from the all white. Adding the little white pine sprigs to the bow seemed a perfect finishing touch of embellishment. This scene of trees bursting from the all white card seems so peaceful.
It’s Friday and I know we are all looking forward to a wonderful and restful weekend. Make time to get in some fun stamping time if you can.
