Good Monday morning. I have another see thru window to share with you today. I love the Poppystamps window dies, especially the arched windows in both the grand and small size. The are so elegant and beautiful decorated with flowers and foliage.
I cut two window dies, one for the outside of the card and one to finish the inside. I placed one of the dies on the card front, traced the inside of the window to create template for cutting and cut the opening using my craft knife. I attached the front window using mounting tape to give a little dimension, I attached the inside window flat to the opening to cover the hand cut opening for a perfectly clean and neat finish.
I cut several Fancy Blossoms, formed with my stylus and mat and assembled them with glossy accents. I attached several of the holly vines to the window to create a flowing garland effect. I attached the three large flowers in place with glossy accents and then tucked pine and larger holly pieces around them to soften the design. I added a few single blooms to the garland to create a natural growing appearance.
I finished by adding glossy accents to the flowers and foliage and sprinkling glitter on to create a gorgeous holiday sparkle. Here a closer view.
If you would love to have these Poppystamps windows in your collection now is the perfect time to check them out at Ellen Hutson. She is hosting a special 15% off anniversary sale that ends tonight at midnight Pacific Standard Time.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day.
