Good Saturday morning. I have a project to share with you today using several of the newly released Impression Obsession dies. I am so excited about all of the new dies. You have to go check them out.
I know it is no secret that I love making delicate floral cards. The new paper cone is wonderful and pairs perfectly with the new leafy branch and the tiny flowers from the hydrangea set.
I started by cutting several of the branches and tiny flowers. I formed the flowers with my stylus and mat and then attached them to the branches with glossy accents.
I cut the paper cone and folded the flaps shut using pieces of mounting tape to give a round appearance. I applied glossy accents to the branch stems and arranged them in the opening of the paper cone. I punched out several pine branches and tucked them around the bouquet to fill and soften.
I scored the lavender layer of card stock and attached it to the white card base. I love that my new Scor- Pal has lines every 1/4”. It is so perfect for measurement challenged people like me. I cut the floral oval and attached over the lavender base with mounting tape. I applied glossy accents to the back of the paper cone bouquet and attached it to the floral oval. I attached a white organza multi loop bow to the bouquet for the finishing touch.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that you can take some time to play with your paper and dies. Thanks for stopping by.

Such a lovely card, Kittie! Reminds me of a bouquet of violets - probably because of the colour - so sweet.
