Good Saturday morning. It’s been a few days since I have posted due to a busy work week. I had lots of fun this morning playing with my new Elizabeth Craft Designs Berry Branch and Merry Christmas Sentiment dies.
I die cut the Berry Branch using olive cardstock, colored the berries with my fired brick distress marker. I cut the sentiment using cherry cobbler cardstock. I applied red stickles to the berries and the sentiment and set aside to dry.
I pierced the design on the front layer although it is a little hard to see in the photos. I wanted to add an a decorative element to the card front that wouldn’t detract from the clean and simple design.
I formed the berry branch lightly with my stylus and molding pad and attached to the card front with glossy accents. I used a couple micro rolled glue dots to attach the outer branches. I attached the sentiment with touches of glossy accent. I added a red multi loop bow for the finishing touch.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
