Good Thursday morning. I have a clean and simple project to share with you today using the Graphic 45 Sweet Sentiments designer paper. I think the flowers in this design are so beautiful and I love the purple polka dot paper on the back side of the flowers. There isn’t much need for any embellishment other than a simple bow. The paper is perfect enough by itself.
The ribbon came from a stash I have from my mother’s flower shop. It is really, really old. I think the vintage feel of the vanilla and scallops on the ribbon are perfectly paired with the old-fashioned paper design.
I like the “Love You” sentiment tag extended from the heart of the ribbon. This whole card only took a few minutes to make but it’s so sweet.
Thank you for coming by today.
Card size: 5.5” x 4.25

Lovely, lovely card! I can think of several people who would love this card! Thank you for the inspiration as I will have to do my best at casing this one! The bow... well, that will have to be my own invention! I love seeing your card creations.

So different for you Kittie...but ever so lovely....as you said all it needed was beautiful ribbon from Momma. How nice you have her ribbons for these special memories and then they are shared with us.

Gorgeous papers, lovely card! Pretty ribbon and nice bow, too. I have a BIG stash of great papers and a boat load of ribbon. I need to use some of it to make cards like this one. THANKS for the inspiration, Kittie! :)

I can't believe it...a Kittie card that I could actually make, too! LOL Yours are usually so intricate, but I think I could manage to pull this one off! Thank you for "switching it up" for those of us that don't have the ability to make those beautiful tiny flowers!!! And I agree with everyone that the paper and ribbon is just wonderful. Have a great weekend!

Pretty card, Kittie! This is a great way to use the beautiful graphic 45 papers I collect and then they are too pretty to use. I really like the tag dies. Love your Mom's flower shop ribbon. This got me thinking with some shear organza ribbon and the right scallop die and cut the scallop with white ribbon or fabric and we could make a similar ribbon. Now, which die is similar to the scallop on the edge of this ribbon, this will be a creative challenge for me. Thank you for sharing this pretty, inspiring card.

Good Morning, Kittie, A garden of loveliness, that's what's in this gorgeous flower paper. And how you accented the garden with the gorgeous white vintage bow is perfect. You are right that was all it needed. A real keeper.....simply gorgeous, simply love.....have a good week-end...LOL

Thanks Kittie. I love it when you do something like this. I sometimes make cards for our local rose society for members who need a little cheering up. This is the perfect card and I could make several in a short amount of time. This is perfect for my situation. I'm going ribbon shopping.
