Good Monday morning. I have a sweet Easter card to share with you today using the new Poppystamps Fuzzy Bunnies and Bunny Buddies with lots of Easter eggs, flowers and butterflies.
I created the scene on a soft blue background that was attached to the card base with mounting tape. I attached one layer of grass directly on the blue card base and placed it higher than the front grass layer so it would show behind the fence. I attached the fence to the card base with mounting tape and attached the front grass section directly to the fence with ATG adhesive.
I colored the bunnies using a Sofft mini Applicator using light and dark brown ink. I tucked them into the grass and attached them with mounting tape. I inserted a branch full of tiny flowers to the scene to add a little height to draw the eye up.
I punched out 1/4” circles in different colors and tucked them into the grass to look like hidden eggs. I thought the three dark pink butterflies and the tree strips of cardstock were the perfect finishing touch to add that bright element of color one more time. I really liked the offset layout for a change.
I appreciate you stopping by and I hope you have a great day.
Card size: 5.5” x 4.25”
LOVE your colored bunnies and the flowering bush! Great scene. :)

Love this beautiful Easter card! The offset layout with the three red strips is very eyecatching, I really like it, especially the red strips. I will use that in the future. Your scene is beautiful, the bunnies are cute, great idea for the eggs. I would never have known they were circles to look at them. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, refreshing, creatively inspiring card. It makes me think of sugar eggs with the scenes inside.

I LOVE this scene, it reminds me of those sugar eggs again. The addition of the eggs makes soooooooo realistic and beautiful. I knew they were eggs before you stated they were circles...they certainly don't look circular they look like the ovals! You are truly an amazing artist. TFS the joy.
