Good Thursday morning and welcome to the Impression Obsession design team challenge. My project today was made using the new Love You Heart paired with the Shaker Circle Frames, Spiral Flowers and Leaf Cluster.
I love to place a frame around the main focal point of my project and the heart frame fit perfectly inside the circle frame.
I cut the dies using pink cardstock and mounted them on the card base with mounting tape. I attached thin strips of mounting tape to the I Love You and popped them up inside the heart frame.
I cut and rolled one spiral flower and formed several leaves from the leaf cluster to create a small nosegay for the top of the frame. I attached the pieces with glossy accents. If I had this project to do over again I would have used bright red instead of pink. It would have had so much more contrast against the white. I do really like the softness of the pale pink and green though.
Why don’t you come along and play with us. To enter the challenge go to the Impression Obsession Blog (all the details are there!). A random challenge card will be selected to showcase on the IO blog and you can to enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing! I hope you will go check out what the other IO teams members created for the challenge. Thanks for coming by today.

I love this softly beautiful card, Kittie. The little floral garland at the top is the crowning glory. As always your work is impeccably gorgeous!

It would be lovely with the red too, but I think the pink is perfect also! Your little nosegay is so soft and pretty in the pink and green. Another stunning card Kittie! :0)

Very pretty Kittie. I do love those little spiral flowers. They are a bit of a challenge but do love the look of them.

Good Morning, Kittie, beautiful card. some folks don't care for red, and the pink is perfect for them. After all pink and red are both love an soft, pretty, and feminine. I like this creation as well as I like both colors, red and pink. It is nice to see different concepts of color......have a good day.
